For the Wiri EMU Depot Stabling Yard Extension project, we worked with John Holland, providing key engineering support on-site for both the structural and civil scope of works. We provided cost tracking and budget management, ensuring the civil and structural works stayed within financial targets. Our role also involved liaising between design and construction teams to ensure efficient execution and managing early works, temporary works, and substructure works. We maintained high-quality standards by overseeing quality records, including ITPs and check sheets, and fostering a safe work culture through prestart meetings and the implementation of task risk assessments (TRAs).
