The Te Awa Kairangi project has seen our team actively providing crucial consultation services. At TAK’s request, we have assumed responsibility for several key aspects of the project. First and foremost, our role involves acting as the liaison with utility companies (NUO) to ensure seamless coordination and communication, mitigating potential disruptions and delays related to utilities. Additionally, we have been instrumental in developing and implementing a robust methodology for utility management, carefully phasing utility adjustments and relocations to align with the project’s progress. Furthermore, our expertise extends to optimizing construction methods and phasing for various project structures, working closely with TAK to ensure efficiency while minimizing impacts on project timelines and budgets. Our continued involvement underscores our dedication to the successful realization of the project, addressing utility challenges, and enhancing construction methodologies as the project advances toward its objectives.
