For the SkyCity Hobson St Streetscapes and Public Realm project, we worked with JFC to manage key aspects of the project. We oversaw the construction of new concrete and paved footpaths, pram crossings, kerbs, and channels. Our role also included managing the reinstatement of carriageways, the installation of tree pits and garden beds, new drainage works, light poles, and street furniture.
Our responsibilities involved creating job packs, ensuring accurate material orders, validating permits, monitoring and inspecting the work, closing out RFIs, and overseeing the planning and programming to ensure the project’s smooth execution.
