For the Manukau Health Park Upgrade project, we partnered with Stockman General Contractors to provide comprehensive construction management services. Our responsibilities included planning, programming, efficient coordination, robust commercial management, design assistance, self-delivery, and subcontractor management for specialist trades. Day-to-day operations involved overseeing a workforce of 25-30 self-delivery staff and up to six subcontractor crews. The project encompassed the installation of critical infrastructure, including a new 1km Vector Ring Main, a 1km Combined Service Ring Main comprising water, communications, and power systems, and 2km of stormwater and wastewater systems. Additionally, we carried out the construction of 2km of kerbing, laid 8000m² of asphalt, and performed site clearance to prepare for the construction of new buildings. Our unwavering commitment to managing and delivering these essential components of the Manukau Health Park Upgrade project reflects our dedication to enhancing healthcare facilities in the region.
